Huge plumes of dark magenta-red flowers in summer. Lush fern-like foliage emerges with a lovely bronze-red tint that matures to a deep dark green.
 
Astilbe 'Vision in Red' is a gorgeous specimen, especially when paired with white flowering plants. Astilbe are staples of shade and woodland gardens. They combine well with other moisture loving plants like Brunnera, Ligularia, Lobelia and Hosta. Deer and rabbit resistant.
