How does it work?
Book your free Initial On-Site Consultation today and meet in-person with our Landscape + Garden Designer! During your free Initial Consultation Appointment our designer will: -Meet with you, one-on-one -Gather important site information -Establish and define your landscape needs -Assist you in discovering your garden "style" After booking your On-Site Consultation Appointment, we will email you a copy our Landscape Design Questionnaire to complete. This in-depth Questionnaire is a vital resource that we often reference multiple times during the design process. You must complete the Questionnaire prior to your On-Site Consultation. Once we meet with you and have all of the necessary information we need from you, we will send you a quote for your new Landscape Design. All of our Landscape Designs include: -On-Site Consultation -Site Analysis and Inventory -Inspiration Photos + Mood Board -Full-Scale Coloured Landscape Plan -Planting Plan -Detailed Planting Instructions Additional Design Services can be included (for a fee): -3D Design Rendering + Walkthrough -1-Year Check-Up Plan Book your appointment today and let us help you create the landscape of your dreams! **This is just an initial meeting - no designing will commence until your quote has been approved and deposit has been received**
Cancellation Policy
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or change times. Appointments with less than 24 hours cancellation notice are subject to a cancellation fee. The client understands that plant care involves inherent risks. Plants are extremely susceptible to pests, diseases, and shock, and may decline or die despite the best efforts of the caretaker. The client agrees to not hold Flora + Fern Design liable for any loss, damage or death of plants that occurs while under our care (provided that it is not due to gross negligence or willful misconduct). The client confirms that they have disclosed all relevant plant care instructions and any known pre-existing conditions with their plants (recently illness, neglect, infestations, etc.). When booking our plant care services, you agree to grant permission to take photos of the plants for documentation and marketing purposes.
